Des Moines Original Oktoberfest is returning to the district at Prairie Trail in Ankeny to celebrate it's 22nd year in the "Munich of the Midwest."
With all the offerings that have made it the regions' best Oktoberfest: polka bands, dancing lessons, authentic German food vendors, contests, a german carnival, imported German beers, and craft cocktails... And new this year, additional Rocktoberfest bands each night playing everyone's favorite coverbands to sing along to.
